The Utility Consumers’ Action Network has vigorously protected the interests of San Diego County utility customers since 1983. Their mission is to ensure fair utility rates and billing practices countywide through our advocacy work in front of the California Public Utilities Commission and in courtroom litigation. They also intervene on behalf of individuals to help resolve service and billing issues with utility providers.
